Recently I received this lovely email from Stephanie and Nick who live in Santa Cruz, California. I love receiving emails like this! It makes me smile.
Building and maintaining a pond doesn’t need to be expensive and it doesn’t need to be hard. Here’s what their email said:
Hi Kev,
Our 9 foot x 3 foot x 3 foot pond with 3 koi and 7 comet goldfish had cloudy water for years. We tried multiple pump configurations, aerators and chemicals. Then we found your channel on Youtube, purchased your guidance doc and built a bog filter.
It has been a month and the results are amazing! The water is so clear!! We think the waterflow is a bit high based in your directions but it we are going to adjust that.
Anyway, just wanted to send you a note all the way from Santa Cruz, California to THANK YOU!!!
Stephanie and Nick
P.S Here’s some pictures.
